Tim McIver 0ec6b6be2f Added implementation to ScalpelCarverIngestModule.process() 
method. Also refactored ScalpelCarver.carve() method to return
a list of CarvedFileMeta objects.

Tim McIver 78179975f8 Fixed possible concurrency bug in MediaViewVideoPanel.captureFrames() 
method. Changed frame capture timeout value from 100ms to 1 second.
