0xNF 8c2dcf8ea8 Added new ExtractUnallocAction which extracts Unallocated space to a single file. 
Works on Image nodes and Volume nodes.

Tim McIver 1b944bfa56 Made FileManager methods synchronized so as to avoid concurrency issues 
caused by the Case being closed while other threads continue to access
SleuthkitCase. Move the call to services.close in Case.closeCase to the top
of the try block toward this end as well.
