Abstract DetailsChart as a Control out of DetailViewPane to encapuslate the Lanes, etc
fixing mouse actions, moving things to appropriate levels in hierarchy, cleanup
more cleanup, some features are still broken
continue to cleanup DetailsChart API and fix bugs
work on listeners to fix rightclick actions
