Eamonn Saunders 371978cbab - Use ProcessBuilder to start Solr. 
- Handle Solr stdout in addition to stderr.

Eamonn Saunders 8287fa826d Copied new jetty.xml and webdefault.xml files from Solr 4.9.1. 
New configuration files are needed since we are now using newer version of Jetty from org.eclipse.
